18 amendment of Pakistani Constitution

The 18th Amendment, which has created a state of ambiguity and chaos over the past ten years, has done the most damage to the education, national unity and health sectors, and has opened an office of conflict in the name of consensus. Undoubtedly, he has the power to amend the constitution and make improvements. But everything must be done according to a set of rules and regulations. The constitution is for the people, it is for the 22 crore people, but the committee on this amendment kept its proceedings a prisoner of such a secret debate that it did not let the people know what they were doing, nor did it allow the Assembly and the Senate It was given the right to debate. 

In this regard, the amendment was signed at gunpoint by holding 22 crore people of Pakistan hostage and closing their ears, eyes and minds and did not pave the way for healthy dialogue. We do not believe that even if a right deed is done in the wrong way, the basis for the wrong deed will be clear. The biggest culprits of fascism in the name of democracy are the two major parties, the Noon League and the PPP. Why didn't those who raised this issue with full force at that time? The Eighteenth Amendment is being used to attack the military. The 18th amendment is being touted as the best ointment for the wounds inflicted in 1971. It is now possible to take over the federation of Pakistan only with this antidote but it is not acceptable to those who in the case of Malik Kwakai. One of the reasons for our problems as a federation is that the size of the federation has increased a lot and now there is a desire to expand it further. Power had not already been transferred from the federation to the provinces, although the creators of the 1973 constitution had transferred power to the provinces. In this regard, the powers are divided into federations at the federal, provincial and local levels, but the idea has been that control should remain with the federation and responsibilities should be transferred to the provinces.

 Without a centralized bureaucracy with all the powers, a center would not fit in our minds. This is not acceptable even to the judges who have to interpret and apply the constitution. The quota system was supposed to be dead many years ago but it continues to you. Under the constitution, there is no concept of a central civil service, but the federal service in the form of DMG is being run with the resources of the provinces, which is clearly against the rules. Under the draft constitution, it is also not right for the federation to distribute money for the Benazir Income Support Program. This is the work that should be done at the level of the Union Council. It was also alleged that when the Concurrent List was removed from the Constitution yesterday, the Supreme Court granted the Concurrent Nut legislation and administrative powers to the federation. Led by Chief Justice Saqib Nisar, Jinnah Post Medical College handed over the National Institute of Vehicle Cardiovascular Diseases and the National Institute of Child Health Sindh and Sheikh Zayed Institute Punjab to the Federation. The reasons given for this purpose are highly questionable. The main reason for the repeal of the Eighteenth Amendment is the threat that our security is depleting the availability of resources to the state. The question was raised that we have to think whether national security means the security of the citizens or the security of the state? The federal government should have considered limiting the volume. We want to allocate even more resources for the security state. Our security state could not extend the scope of collection. The trade deficit has not been reduced and business confidence has not been boosted. It is not willing to limit its volume but wants to take resources from the provinces and give them to the federation. Will the car be locked on an unsustainable system or mechanism to keep it alive? Top brains had developed it. Millions, not millions of dollars had been spent. I am reminded of the semi-dark corner of Kathmandu Airport which is ready to bite us in case of emergency.
